Annual Reporting
Important
Reporting is mandatory for all academic HPC projects!
Project leaders must submit a short written progress report:
for all academic projects (preparatory/pilot and research/normal) projects
upon project completion
once per year for projects lasting longer than one year
The report should briefly describe the project status, progress and achieved results. A short status update is requred even if no progress has been made (for whatever reason). For ongoing projects that receive an extension, the report must also include a task plan for the next period.
Report submission is possible at any time through the HPC Portal, but once a year a formal deadline is set (tipically end of January) for all due reports. Failure to submit the required report(s) may result in restrictions on HPC resource usage.
The report must be uploaded by the project leader via the HPC Portal (> Annual Project Report)
